Weight Loss
Losing weight and keeping it off can be difficult. If you’ve tried everything and still find yourself spinning your wheels, Diet and cleanses are not the answer for permanent weight loss. Together we will create a 28-day meal plan around your cycle.
Bio-Individuality™
I approach each client as a unique individual. Bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you in making changes based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background according to your genetic tests, microbial makeup, and metabolism.
Healthy Mindset with Guided Meditations
It’s easy to overlook everything that contributes to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. Through Food Therapy (guided meditative hypnosis) you are able to create a vision for your life, heal, and let go of food trauma to create a new version of yourself.
