About the Host

Ella Davar RD is a Longevity Dietitian, Global Wellness Advocate, Founder of the Gut-Brain Method, President of the Global Longevity Association, and Author of "You-tarian diet™: Unlock your unique bio-individuality for future longevity."

With over a decade of experience in the nutrition field, Ella has captivated audiences worldwide, including as a TEDx speaker.
