Vegan Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut butter
1 cups raw cacao powder
1 cup Medjool dates
1 to 2 pinches of unrefined sea salt
1 cup smooth unsalted almond butter
Directions
- Soak your dates in hot water for about 20 minutes to make them soft and sticky. 
- Carefully melt your coconut butter on very low heat. 
- Remove date pits, then place them in high speed blender, add cacao powder, and make a puree. 
- Add chocolate-date puree to coconut butter and stir. Then add the almond butter at the end , (add salt if you want ) and mix all your ingredients, until well combined. 
- Spread evenly in a tin or container. Create free shapes as your heart desires and your creativity allows:) Use goji berries, mulberries, coconut flakes, toasted or shaved almond to decorate your chocolate. 
- Place in the fridge for about one hour and Voila! Best enjoyed when shared with loved ones!
